Quickly change the material output size

The ALLU Crusher Buckets are available in different sizes to fit various excavators and applications.

They come with features such as adjustable particle size, two way jaw crushing, and interchangeable crushing plates that optimise performance and durability. This enables the operator to produce crushed materials of different sizes to meet the requirements of the job site.

The ALLU Crusher's unique feature allows the discharge size to be changed in 3 to 5 minutes by simply removing the adjusting pin in the back and repositioning it to one of the numbered holes on the frame.

Less jamming and bridging

Another unique feature of the ALLU Crushers is its jaw that can be run in both directions, which helps avoid jamming or bridging of the material, even with wet materials. With the bottom eccentric jaw movement material can flow freely through the jaws increasing the capacity of the material output and reverse mode allows to keep the jaws clean.

The bucket can be easily attached to excavators, providing a cost-effective solution for material processing tasks. ALLU Crushers suit excavators from 10 to 38t.

The new ALLU AC 5-17FD crusher bucket for skid steers is ideal for processing construction & demolition waste such as concrete, brick, wood, metal, and plastics on site in urban and semi-urban job sites where space is an issue. 

The ALLU AC 5-17FD reduces waste volume by crushing it down to six different sizes starting at 0-15mm, for the smallest fragment, up to the largest fragment of 0-75mm.

FEATURES:

  • The ALLU Crusher operates in two modes: forward for dry materials and reverse for wet materials, such as asphalt, with an easy switch between modes to keep the jaws clean and suited to the material type
  • The dampener system reduces noise and vibration, enhancing operator comfort
  • Direct-drive hydraulic motors minimise the need for belts and reduce maintenance
  • The crusher can be parked on the ground, allowing the operator to open the skid steer loader's front door easily
