ALLU Material Processing Buckets

Transform waste into valuable resources
Separating usable materials from waste is fundamental to many civil construction and infrastructure projects. In the waste sector, sorting and screening bulk materials from earthworks can be challenging and costly.
ALLU buckets are specially designed to handle a wide range of materials, including demolition and construction debris, excavated and waste soils, contaminated soils, clay, peat, bark, compost, and bio-waste. This processed material can be reused on-site, reducing the need for new resources, or sold to create additional revenue. With less material sent to landfill, costs associated with landfill levies and transportation are also minimized.
Productivity
Using the ALLU bucket eliminates the need for operators to transport material offsite for screening and then haul it back for reuse. Instead, the processing bucket allows for on-site screening of the material.
Efficiency
Landfill levy rates for municipal and industrial waste have increased in Victoria metro areas from $44 per tonne in 2012 to the current $105.90 per tonne. On top of the disposal cost you pay $2-$3/km to run your truck to the waste facility, then you buy clean fill and again pay $2$3/km to bring product back to your site. This also consumes valuable time on your project.
Performance
The ALLU app provides a digital solution for customers and operators to obtain accurate and timely operational information, maximising safe and productive use of ALLU equipment. Easy contact functionality and customer support is also enabled on the app.

You can process just about anything
These buckets screen material efficiently, without the need for back-and-forth rotation, delivering a consistent, homogenous end product. The unique design of the screening blades and combs ensures that the bucket remains clog-free and sustains high productivity, even when handling wet materials.

Onsite Material Processing saves time and money
By having an ALLU bucket available at the ready, civil workers won’t have to move material offsite to be screened before hauling it back and reusing it. Instead, the processing bucket can screen the material right there and thereby eliminating most of the above costs.

The New ALLU DC series for mini excavators!
The compact size of the bucket enables good handling and balance. The lightweight bucket ensures the excavator's stability, and its low structure design eases bucket filling. It can be mounted directly on the boom or used with a tilt-rotator. The DC-Series is available in two bucket sizes: 2-04 and 2-08.

Fast Drum and Blade Changes with the NEW Variable Drum
The Variable Drum’s innovative design also makes maintenance easier; changing wear parts or adjusting output sizes is now quicker and cleaner. With a two-bolt drum attachment system, there’s no need to access the drive compartment, which greatly reduces labor time.
The Variable Drum is currently available for these models.
- DN, DS, DH 2-12, 3-12, 3-17
- DS, DH 4-17

The ALLU Screener is here to change the game
From soil and sand to construction waste, this bucket handles it all—screening, separating, and loading in one smooth operation. With Exchangeable Screening Mesh you can easily change the screening mesh to adjust the fragment size. Available
fragment sizes include 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm.

ALLU Asphalt Screening Bucket - Designed for Efficiency, Built for Productivity
ALLU Asphalt turns reclaimed and cold-milled asphalt into high-quality, reusable material by crushing clumps, screening fine material and separating oversized particles – all in a single pass.
For features, applications and specifications of each ALLU bucket follow the links below.
Any application
- ALLU DL-series is designed for applications where a small and light screening bucket is required.
- ALLU D-series are ideal for a variety of large material processing and handling tasks, from topsoil screening to utility and road works, construction waste and asphalt recycling and pipeline backfilling, just to mention a few.
- ALLU DC-series is designed for mini excavators to screen and separate a wide range of materials, including soil, sand, compost, and biomass.
- ALLU M-series is designed to crush and load the raw material in one step reducing the need of buffer storage areas and material transportation.
- ALLU AC Crusher-series effectively crush and recycle demolition materials, building rubble, natural stones, asphalt materials, concrete, and construction debris.
- ALLU Screener brings advanced vibration screening technology to hydraulic attachments. Unlike traditional large vibrating screens, this compact excavator attachment delivers comparable fragment sizes while simultaneously screening and loading materials, maximizing efficiency and versatility on the job site.
