Rammer demolition attachments have been engineered for both primary and secondary applications to provide optimum operational flexibility, maintain high productivity levels during the whole demolition task and minimise maintenance. These attachments can cut, crush, segregate and pulverize a wide variety of construction materials to facilitate more controlled dismantling and more effective recycling and material handling.

Safety

Rammer demolition attachments have been designed the safety in mind i.e. Grapples feature a Safety Valve that prevents material falling off the shells if any problems occur in carrier's hydraulics or lines.

Easy Maintenance

Rammer Demolition Attachments have easy maintenance features such as cutting blades that have four usable and reversible sides and tips that can be replaced without welding.

Rotating and Static Pulverisers

The Rammer RPV Rotating Pulveriser range suit to a wide range of primary and secondary demolition duties. The built-in rotation comes as standard allowing for added manoverability for fast and effective material separation. Suit carriers between 10 and 45 tonnes.

The Rammer RPV Static Pulveriser range is designed for fast and effective material separation, a key aspect of the recycling process. Suit carriers between 1.5 and 45 tonnes.

Cutter Crushers

The Rammer RCC Cutter-Crushers are an efficient alternative to other demolition methods and ideal for environmentally sensitive applications where vibration, noise and dust are of concern. Due to two powerful cylinders, the 360°
rotation and a robust design, cutter crushers are perfect for standard and high reach demolition.

Scrap Shears

The Rammer Scrap Shears have been designed to withstand even the harshest of demolition environments.

Manufactured from HB400 steel for optimum wear resistance and featuring the hydraulic rotation, rotation protection, heat-treated pins and bushes, and weld-free cylinder rods make them ideal for any industrial demolition job involving the cutting and recovery of ferrous materials such as iron sections, pipes, tanks, railway carriages etc.

Multi processors

Rammer’s RMP Multiprocessors crush concrete, cut reinforced structures, pulverize so you can handle all phases of your primary or secondary demolition process with one attachment.

By mounting different types of jaws to the unique main structure, you can transform the Rammer Multiprocessor into a dedicated attachment to suit needs of each application: demolition of structures, reduction and fragmentation of material up to the cutting of ferrous materials.

Rammer Multiprocessors are extremely versatile, productive, wear resistant and have simplified maintenance features.

Sorting Grapples

The Rammer Grapples are your tough partner to demolition and material handling applications and offering large volume for bulk loading makes them ideal also for waste handling.

Featuring a robust structure, it is perfect for heavy duties yet providing excellent accuracy in picking, sorting and material separation applications.
